REviewer  sequence analysis tools.

REviewer™ is a web server which provides an integrated set of free tools for DNA sequence analysis, plasmid map creation, rich sequence viewing and various biochemical calculations. These tools accept DNA sequences in most popular sequence formats, such as FASTA, GenBank, EMBL or plain text. Circular or linear sequence data can be pasted or uploaded into the REviewer™ Sequence Analysis Tools box and selecting the "Submit" button will start the analysis. Alternatively, you may choose one of the listed sequences for examination.
