Description

Deionized, diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC) treated and 0.22 µm membrane-filtered water. Ideal for applications involving RNA.

• Absence of endo-, exodeoxyribonucleases, ribonucleases and phosphatases confirmed by appropriate quality tests.

Note

DEPC-treated Water is not recommended for PCR or in vivo experiments (1).
