Description

dITP (2'-deoxyinosine 5'-triphosphate) is supplied as 100 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH.

General Characteristics

lambda_max = 249 nm,
extinction coefficient = 12.2x10³ M^-1 x cm^-1 (pH 7.0).

Quality Control

• Functionally tested in PCR.
• Greater than 95% purity confirmed by HPLC.
• Free of endo-, exodeoxyribonuclease and ribonuclease activities.

Note

dITP is not suitable for PCR with proofreading enzymes or enzyme mixes containing proofreading enzymes.
