Description10X Taq Buffer with KCl is used in PCR with Fermentas Taq DNA Polymerases (both recombinant and native). Does not contain MgCl2.
Quality ControlFunctionally tested in amplification of 956 bp DNA fragment of a single-copy gene of human genomic DNA.
Composition- 100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.8 at 25°C)
