Aminoallyl-UTP
Formula: C12H17N3O15P3Na3
Molecular weight: 605.2 (acid form: 539.2)- Applications
- Indirect non-radioactive enzymatic labeling of RNA during in vitro transcription.
DescriptionAminoallyl-UTP (5-[3-aminoallyl]-2'-uridine-5'-triphosphate) is supplied as 50 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH.Aminoallyl-UTP can be enzymatically incorporated into RNA with T7, T3 and SP6 RNA polymerases. The resulting amine-containing RNA can be subsequently labeled with any amine-reactive fluorescent dye, biotin or hapten.
