DescriptionReady-to-use high copy cloning vector for ligation with sticky-end DNA fragments containing 5'-GATC protruding ends, generated by BamHI, BglII, Bsp143I, Sau3AI, MboI, PsuI and BclI. The vector is prepared by digestion of pUC19 DNA with BamHI and dephosphorylation.
Use for DNA sequence analysis and map creation.
