The DEPC-treated Water is deionized, diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC) treated and 0.22 µm membrane-filtered. It is recommended to be used in any application where RNA is involved.Quality Control
The absence of endodeoxyribonucleases, exodeoxyribonucleases, ribonucleases and phosphatases is confirmed by appropriate quality tests.
Tested in in vitro transcription.Note
The DEPC-treated Water is not recommended for PCR or in vivo experiments (1).Storage
