Description
10X Taq Buffer with (NH₄)₂SO₄ and 20 mM MgCl₂ is a ready-to-use buffer recommended for all PCR applications with Fermentas Taq DNA Polymerases (both recombinant and native). High primer specificity is observed with this buffer within a broad range of annealing temperatures.

Composition
