Description
10X Taq Buffer with (NH₄)₂SO₄ is recommended for PCR applications with Fermentas Taq DNA Polymerases (both recombinant and native). It does not contain MgCl₂. High primer specificity is observed in this buffer within a broad range of magnesium concentrations at variety of annealing temperatures.

Amplification of a single-copy gene from human genomic DNA.

Composition
750 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.8 at 25°C), 200 mM (NH₄)₂SO₄ and 0.1% (v/v) Tween 20.
