Description
The set contains six ready-to-use 10X Taq Buffers with KCl for optimization of magnesium ion concentration in PCR applications with Taq DNA Polymerase. The MgCl₂ concentration in each of the six buffers is different, ranging from 12.5 mM to 30 mM.

Quality Control
Amplification of a single-copy gene from human genomic DNA.

Composition
100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.8 at 25°C), 500 mM KCl, 0.8% (v/v) Nonidet P40, MgCl₂ concentration different in each buffer (12.5-30 mM).
