The M13/pUC sequencing primers anneal to the region in the 5’-terminus of the lacZ gene. These primers are single-stranded oligonucleotides with 5’-hydroxyl and 3’-hydroxyl ends. All primers are supplied as 10 µM aqueous solutions.
