Description
dTTP (2’-deoxythymidine 5’-triphosphate) is supplied as 100 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH.

General Characteristics
Absorbance maximum at 267nm, 
extinction coefficient = 9.6x10³ M^-1 x cm^-1 (pH 7.0).

Applications
For use in all molecular biology applications, including PCR, long PCR, real-time PCR, high fidelity PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, primer extension, DNA sequencing and DNA labeling.

Quality Control

Functionally tested in PCR with Taq and Pfu DNA Polymerases. Greater than 99% purity confirmed by HPLC. Free of endodeoxyribonuclease, exodeoxyribonuclease, ribonuclease and phosphatase activities.
