Description
 dNTP/dUTP Mix is an aqueous solution containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP, each at a final concentration of 2 mM and dUTP of 4 mM. The mix is a ready-to-use solution designed to save time and to provide higher reproducibility in PCR.

Applications
 For use in PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase.

Quality Control
  • Functionally tested in PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase.
  • Greater than 99% purity of each component confirmed by HPLC.
  • Free of endodeoxyribonuclease, exodeoxyribonuclease, ribonuclease and phosphatase activities.
