dm⁴CTP (2'-deoxy-N4-methylcytidine 5'-triphosphate) is supplied as a 10 mM aqueous solution at pH 7.0.

General Characteristics
Absorbance maximum at 274nm, 
extinction coefficient = 13.6x10³ M^-1 x cm^-1 (pH 7.0).

Applications
Can be incorporated into DNA using Taq DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment or other DNA polymerases.

Quality Control

Functionally tested in PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase. Purity of >96% by HPLC. Endo-, exodeoxyribonuclease and phosphatase free.
