Description
dITP (2'-deoxyinosine 5'-triphosphate) is supplied as 100 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH.

General Characteristics
Absorbance maximum at 249nm, 
extinction coefficient = 12.2x10³ M^-1 x cm^-1 (pH 7.0).

Applications
For use in all molecular biology applications, including PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, primer extension and DNA sequencing.

Quality Control

Functionally tested in PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase. Greater than 99% purity confirmed by HPLC. Free of endodeoxyribonuclease, exodeoxyribonuclease, ribonuclease and phosphatase activities.
