Description 
Digested and dephosphorylated pUC19 DNA is used in cloning experiments.
pUC19 DNA is digested to completion with the appropriate enzymes, dephosphorylated with Calf Intestine Alkaline Phosphatase (CIAP), purified and dissolved in a storage buffer.

Feature
The plasmids are ready for direct application in cloning experiments.

Concentration
0.5 µg/µl.

Storage Buffer
10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6) and 1 mM EDTA.

Quality Control

• Tested for the complete dephosphorylation by estimating transformation efficiency of the plasmid after religation reaction.

• Tested for integrity of DNA ends by estimating transformation efficiency of the plasmid after T4 Polynucleotide Kinase treatment and religation reaction.
