Description
The T7 Transcription Kit uses recombinant T7 RNA polymerase for in vitro synthesis of radioactive RNA probes with high specific activity and well-defined RNA transcripts in microgram quantities. The kit includes all components necessary for in vitro transcription of DNA inserts cloned under the T7 promoter. The cloning vector pTZ19R included in the kit contains the T7 promoter region, as well as a convenient multiple cloning site. The yield of the transcript and the specific activity of the probe can be maximized using the kit components. The high purity of all components guarantees the stability of synthesized RNA during transcription reactions.Applications
- Generation of radioactive RNA probes with high specific activity.
- Generation of microgram quantities of RNA transcripts of defined length.
Quality Control
